$NFLX may be one of the best opportunities in the market today. Over the last 10 years, Netflix has compounded EPS at 69% annually. Over the last 5 years, that figure is still an impressive 26% CAGR. Historically, the stock has traded between 25x–40x earnings. If Netflix grows EPS at a conservative 25% annual rate over the next 5 years and is valued at just 25x earnings in 2031, the stock could be worth roughly $2,360/share. That's about a 25% annualized return from today's price, assuming no multiple expansion. The market is pricing Netflix as if its best days are behind it. What am I missing? What's the bear case for $NFLX?
