Hell, there were full on Hellenistic Greek City-States in both those regions for a time. And the chart also literally says that the least Arabic influenced of those regions are the closest.

But the Arabic populations they share the most ancestry with are Levantine Populations do to ethnic mixing, not from peninsula itself. This chart is either depicting a select group or misrepresenting information.
