@nu_even_niet69 I understand your frustration, but I want to be completely clear and transparent; I have no new info yet, and this isn’t something I can resolve directly. We’re still waiting for the audited tools before handling these cases properly.

@Oracle_Daemon My issue hasn't been resolved yet. In the last few weeks I have grown very suspicious of anyone that tries to help me recover my funds. All roads seems to lead to me having to type my seed phrase onto a website.

@Oracle_Daemon On the Songbird network three of my transactions Defaulted, leaving my SGB tied up and listed as reserveCollateral. What steps should I take to recover them?

@jshsym Hi Josh, rewards were claimed yesterday @ 10:42 am UTC. You should be able to collect them.

Hi @Oracle_Daemon team, I hope you guys are well. A quick question, I am supplying FLR to your collateral pool for FAssets but it has not received its share of delegation rewards similar to the other pools yet. Is there any reason for this? Thanks in advance to any and all help.

@FlothOnFlare @Oracle_Daemon I have had it in the pool since fasset went live but I just noticed this week that I didn’t receive delegation rewards but I did receive from the other collateral pools. Just curious if there was an issue or maybe there is something I’m un aware of.
