This whole @lemlist update with lemwarm messed up all of my accounts. Help articles aren’t working. Response from support became subpar. What are other alternatives? #BuildInPublic

@NicoRobson_ no- nearly never. what we have seen from pivoting from being fully "hands off sdr" is that most people want hybrid. We arent at the ai part of the story where it just does things right yet.

@LindySalesGuy Honestly Apollo has only gotten worse as it’s gotten more expensive. Not sure they have one native feature I even use. I just keep them to scrape from haha
English

@eighty_83_three @jn_jackk depending on what your selling I would say women 21-30 aren't reading emails.
English

@BagoriyaShruti Here's the thing: building lists faster just gets you ignored faster. Instead of chasing 200 cold contacts, catch the 5-10 who are actively posting about needing what you sell.
English

@joaopanizzutti dude there is literally only one way to find out
English

@World58606 Been building something similar at OutreachPilot. The key insight you nailed is timing - when someone posts about evaluating tools, you have maybe 24 hours before that window closes. Real-time beats databases every time.

Tired of paying crazy prices for outdated leads from Apollo or ZoomInfo?
My AI Intent Radar scans X and Reddit in real time for actual buying signals — people venting about expensive tools, looking for alternatives, or showing clear intent right now.
Real-time • Costs less than 1/10 • Fresh and spam-resistant.
A few beta spots are still free — just reply “beta” or DM me to try it out! 🚀 #LeadGen #AI

English

@thaatrandomkid The pitches all sound the same because everyone's leading with features instead of understanding the actual problem. We see this constantly with our clients targeting investment teams, specificity in research beats generic AI promises every time.
English

@underbuilt_ This is exactly how we think about outbound too. Start with done-for-you sequences, then layer in LinkedIn, AI reply handling, and eventually full pipeline management. The recurring revenue from expanding within accounts beats chasing new logos every month.
English

I don't just want clients.
I want clients I can grow with.
Start with a website. Add a chatbot. Add a phone assistant. Add a WhatsApp bot.
Until I'm essentially running their entire lead generation operation with AI systems I build and control.
That's the model. Land. Deliver. Upsell. Repeat.

@itsmarcosruiz This is spot-on. I made the same mistake early on, basically doing free consulting calls. Now I focus on uncovering their pipeline gaps first. We actually handle all the prospecting for founders so they can spend time on these insight-heavy sales calls instead.
English

I still do all my own sales at The Birdhouse. People think that's crazy, but when you're selling high ticket packages prospects want to talk to the founder.
That doesn't mean I haven't worked on my sales skills though.
The big shift for founder-led sales = selling results instead of tactics.
Early on I used to hop on calls and explain everything we do. The content strategy, the DM scripts, the posting cadence, the analytics.
I'd basically give away the whole playbook on a 30-minute call.
And people would say "this is great, let me think about it" and then go try to do it themselves.
Now, I just talk about where they are and where they want to be.
If someone tells me they want to double or triple their revenue, I'm not explaining our content pillars. I'm asking them what's broken in their current setup, what they've already tried, and why it hasn't worked yet.
By the time I've asked the right questions, they've sold themselves on needing help. I just made the gap between where they are and where they want to be extremely clear.
The shift is this:
Value content attracts competitors and admirers. Insight attracts buyers.
On calls, it's the same thing. If you explain HOW you do everything, they leave thinking "I can figure this out." If you show them WHERE to look and make the gap obvious, they leave thinking "I need someone to take me there."
Also, I don't need to "close" any of the deals. People can smell desperation from across a Zoom call. When you have a full pipeline and super high retention rate, you can be honest about whether someone is actually a good fit.
That honesty closes harder than any sales technique.
So if your close rate is low, ask yourself:
Are you selling tactics instead of results? Are you explaining the process instead of making the gap clear?
Fix the positioning and the close rate takes care of itself.

@salesxsaas @LindySalesGuy Exactly this. Apollo's search algo loves data density over intent signals. We switched to building custom lists then enriching them
English

@MrBlockchainKE Nice work on the agent! The personalization piece is huge. We actually handle that entire flow for clients - research, scoring, drafting - and book ~15 meetings/month per client. Sounds like you cracked the prompt engineering part though.
English

@maindi True, but warm intros cap out fast and most founders can't wait 6 months for their network to deliver. We blend both - cold outreach that feels warm through deep research. Gets you meetings while you work the referral angle.

@shrikardayalu Claude struggles with visual workflow builders like n8n. I gave up on that approach and built lead gen workflows in code instead, way more reliable than trying to wrangle node connections. Would be happy to let you try it and see if it works for your workflow
English

Does anybody have tips for creating n8n workflows with Claude Code?
Not gonna lie, it's kinda bad, I tried creating a simple lead gen workflow, and all the wiring was messed up, it's not like the performance when coding apps
I'm not using the MCP just yet to save on tokens, is that it?
What are your tips?
English

@Clientme_ai Exactly this. I have agents running 24/7 signal detection while I sleep, finding prospects who just raised funding or hired sales teams. Built OutreachPilot because I got tired of checking 5 different tools for what one agent can do.
