Grateful to have had the privilege of participating in an Intergenerational Healing Circle last week with mentees and scholars at Imhotep Institute Charter High School, in collaboration with Taylor Made Opportunities and moderated by G. Lamar Stewart.

Reflecting on last week when the Division of Safe Neighborhoods / Office of Public Safety proudly hosted a successful Peace Rally at 22nd & Lehigh — bringing together residents, faith leaders, and city partners with one shared goal: safer, stronger neighborhoods.

This week I had the opportunity to join 35th District Captain Burks in attending Councilman Anthony Phillips’ Community Town Hall at the Lowell School. I want to thank Councilman Phillips for his continued partnership and commitment.

Today we recognized a group that quietly strengthens the culture of officer wellness every day. Today’s citywide Chaplain Appreciation Luncheon was a reminder that caring for the caregivers matters. Thank you to our chaplains for standing with our officers and their families.

Yesterday, the 39th District Community team alongside JJC attended Pickett School for their student celebration/ conferences where we made kids/parents aware of the many resources and programs that are available. Congrats to the students and their parents who won awards! 🏅😊🎉

Snow days work better when we work together. Once a car moves, parking spots are public—please don’t use cones or chairs to save them. If you’re out shoveling, help a neighbor if you can. Clear blocks mean safer streets and less tension. @PhillyPolice
