@KamogaMunawa to do this you need a shortcut resource (oil, tax haven, low pop, etc), there is no free lunch somebody pays. With that excess cash and cheap labour, you can distribute the abundance, even if elites take large chunks, the chunks left are enough.

Ironic that some GCC states spent years projecting power through proxies in Yemen and Sudan, backing factions and shaping conflicts. It comes full circle as they’re being treated as proxies themselves, with Iran hitting GCC as proxy to USA/Israel. Universe=irony maximizer. FAFO

You can’t manufacture instability outside and stay stable inside. Cause and effect is law. Small states only sustain “big power” behavior with ideology, mission to have high-energy populations, like Israel (Mesiah, Greater isr project). They need spiritual goals/conviction/faith.

Otherwise you get complacent, lazy, dependent populations, no deep capability built. Small states skip slow mastery due to shortcut (oil/low pop/tax haven/etc). China came on top without shortcut resource, so high resilience, will beat current empire in wwX, like Ray Dalio says.
