A federal judge denied Andrew Left’s attempt to narrow the scope of the main criminal charge against him.
The government describes it as one big fraud scheme to manipulate stock prices and points to many misleading statements and actions over time.
The trial is still scheduled for May 2026.
Left has pleaded not guilty and denies wrongdoing.
