Pro-Hezbollah Lebanese citizens living in the US stormed a cultural event bringing together Lebanese and Israeli figures at the residence of Lebanon's ambassador in Washington, DC. They attempted to disrupt the gathering, accusing the United States and the Lebanese government of supporting what they described as Israel's actions in southern Lebanon. They are protesting against peace being established between Lebanon and Israel.
