Apologies for silence from me and @OurSamCharity in recent weeks. I’ve needed to focus on family following my step-dads unexpected diagnosis of an incurable cancerous brain tumour. Back soon as I can, but I need to support mum right now. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

The last few months have been really challenging, with one thing after another going wrong, which is why I’ve been quiet as I try to find ways forward. This week has thrown another challenge, a completely unexpected, sad and difficult family challenge, so I remain quiet I’m sorry

Sorry I’ve been very quiet. I now have tonsillitis after a chest infection and a bad cold prior to that. I think my body is telling me I need to focus on me more.
