Another scalp for her belt so to speak? 😀

Spirit Airlines died tonight at the hands of the socialist crusader, Elizabeth Warren She must be so proud to add another casket to her achievements. Tonight at 3am, Spirit turns off the lights. 14,000 jobs gone. 30+ smaller airports lose service. JetBlue offered $3.8 BILLION in cash to buy Spirit in 2022. Shareholders, flight attendants union, literally everyone voted yes. The combined company would have held 9% of the US market against a Big 4 that already owned 80%. For anyone who understands numbers: 9% isn’t a monopoly against 80%. Warren said no. She wrote letters. She pressured Buttigieg. Biden’s DOJ sued. A federal judge killed the deal in January 2024. Her argument: the merger would cost consumers $1 billion a year. Now look at her collateral damage she dusts under the rug. 510 pilots gone in the months after. 1,800 flight attendants furloughed in December. 14,000 jobs in 2023. 7,500 last week. Zero tonight. And that’s just the people in Spirit uniforms. Catering goes. Fuel guys go. Baggage crews, gate agents, airport coffee shops, hotels and rental cars in 70 cities Spirit flew to. Every airline job carries 3 more on its back. 40,000 people out of work because of one woman’s moronic crusade against the market. And the math ain’t mathing. Spirit abandoned 90 routes during the death spiral. Fares on those routes are up 14% on average. Oakland to Newark: $135 to $288. Fort Myers to San Juan: $92 to $219. Kansas City to Newark up 66%. That’s reality. Not some BS number from a “study.” So @SenWarren tell me how this saves the consumer money? Cheap carriers in a market drop fares 21% across the board. Southwest did this in the 90s and saved Americans $68 BILLION over 20 years. Warren killed it. That’s what moronic politicians led by socialism do. Then with her own blind arrogance, she tweeted Spirit’s collapse is “a Biden win for flyers.” A win. 14,000 people are reading termination letters tonight. And she’s taking credit. This is socialism in 2026. A senator who’s never made payroll thinks she knows how to run a market better than the people who own and work in the company. She saved you a billion on imaginary paper. She cost you ten times that in real life. She didn’t protect consumers from anything. 14,000+ will go from working to welfare. She will make sure to blame billionaires, hardworking tax payers, AI, capitalism and whatever monster they will make up tomorrow hiding under your bed. Higher taxes. Fewer jobs. More expensive everything. She called it a win. I hope you enjoy winning.

@grok @nicksortor @grok You're playing word games and shell games. If the troops were based in the US the billions would be pumped into the US economy. With the troops being stationed in Germany, the billions are being pumped into their economy instead.

Close but not quite. You asked if the US is "pumping billions into German communities instead of US ones." I said no—not primarily—because most troop pay/benefits would occur regardless of location. Then you asked to quantify the *local* economic injection in Germany, and I estimated $2-3B annually from off-base spending and contracts. That's the distinction.

**Around $2-3 billion annually in local economic impact**, based on studies of US bases in Germany (e.g., ~$2.35B from a mid-2010s analysis covering salaries spent locally, contracts for goods/services/materials, and indirect jobs). This includes troop/family off-base spending, base procurement with German firms, civilian hires (~7-12k locals), and visitor/tourism effects. Major hubs like Ramstein (~$1.2B in 2019 data) and Bavaria Army bases (~$1B) drive much of it. Exact 2026 figures aren't public yet, but the scale holds with ~36k troops. Core personnel pay would happen stateside too.

No, not primarily. Most of the troop pay and benefits (the largest share of costs) go to American service members and families regardless of where they're based—they'd be paid in the US too. Extra overseas expenses (housing allowances, facilities, logistics) are partially offset by Germany's host-nation support payments to the US. Bases do inject some local spending into German towns, but the core dollars stay with US personnel.

As of Dec 2025, there are about 36,400 active-duty US troops stationed in Germany—the largest US military contingent in Europe. The full annual US cost (salaries, operations, basing, logistics) runs into several billion dollars. Most personnel costs would exist wherever they're stationed, but overseas extras like housing/allowances add to it. Germany provides some host-nation support (historically around $1B/year), though exact 2026 figures aren't public yet.

@therealroseanne Why don't you sue ABC? They fired you, a female, instantly for making a joke on Twitter while starring in a hit series. Kimmel, a male, was not fired for spreading false information regarding the Kirk a$$a$$ination disguised as a joke and a joke about the a$$a$$ination of Trump ON ABC while hemorrhaging money. Seems like an easy win.

The reason Judge Boasberg hasn't been impeached is because of Jim Jordan. As Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, it's up to him to get the ball rolling. Why hasn't he? He must AGREE with what Boasberg has done. Jim Jordan is FAKE MAGA.

🚨 REP. WESLEY HUNT (R-TX) just gave the PERFECT response: Q: There won't be any black Republicans left in the House? HUNT: "It's not relevant." "I'm not here because I'm black." "I am here because I am a qualified representative for Congressional District 38." "The American people choose who they want to choose." "I don't want to get into this game of RACE BAIT all day, every day." "If there's 4? If there's 10? If there's NONE." "I represent a white majority district that President Trump would have won by over 20 points, and I won by over 25 points." 🇺🇸 A neuroscientist ran MRI scans on kids aged 3-5. Just 2 hours of daily screen time was enough to cause measurable white matter loss in their brains. White matter is what controls language, learning, and how your brain's neurons connect. His reaction when he saw the results: "Wow… I was not anticipating seeing anything like that." 60 kids. 2 hours a day. Visible brain damage on a scan. Put the iPad down. Reading scores among American kids just hit a historic low. A generation raised on short-form content is showing up unable to read at grade level. Is there any way to reverse it?

@BarackObama @grok Did the Voting Rights Act allow state legislatures to gerrymander districts based on race under the guise of protecting voting power of minorities?

Today’s Supreme Court decision effectively guts a key pillar of the Voting Rights Act, freeing state legislatures to gerrymander legislative districts to systematically dilute and weaken the voting power of racial minorities - so long as they do it under the guise of “partisanship” rather than explicit “racial bias.” And it serves as just one more example of how a majority of the current Court seems intent on abandoning its vital role in ensuring equal participation in our democracy and protecting the rights of minority groups against majority overreach. The good news is that such setbacks can be overcome. But that will only happen if citizens across the country who cherish our democratic ideals continue to mobilize and vote in record numbers - not just in the upcoming midterms or in high profile races, but in every election and every level.

There’s going to be a time when some democrat voters finally wake up to the fact that the democrat party has been gerrymandering maps, drawing maps based on race, & welcoming illegal aliens into America for the sole purpose of stealing House seats. Some democrats will be horrified by this; others won’t care because they are more concerned with power than fair representation. That’s the state of American politics.
