BREAKING: The South Carolina Supreme Court is overturning the murder conviction of Alex Murdaugh in a unanimous decision. Murdaugh was convicted in March 2023 of double homicide of his wife and son. The court is ordering a new trial, saying that Mary Rebecca Hill, who served as the court clerk in Colleton County, showed "improper external influences" during Murdaugh's first trial. A post-trial court found that Hill "made improper comments to the jurors on the day Murdaugh testified” and instructed them to watch Murdaugh's body language.

I’m completely against the 50-year mortgage idea, it’s insane. Housing prices are already ridiculous, and people have largely stopped buying. That should force sellers to lower prices, simple supply and demand.
