@forum_gd @ErinJAdams Great talks ! A q. for Erin...What is the phenotype of the CD1-reactive Vδ1 cells (eg Tnaive vs Teffector) ?? Given huge diversity in the Vδ1 TCR repertoire and in the CD1 binding modes, do some reflect the ‘universe of possibilities’ – rather than Teffector specificities ??

Great to get McMurray et al out in Cell Reports, a page turner about transcriptional control of adaptive gd T cells. Thx to all co-authors and congrats to the talented @JackMcMurray. Strong similarities to ab T cells bring things back to ligand recognition as key gd USP.
