3 yrs of QSUS 💙 this incredible team committed 2 improving quality no matter what ⭐️Launching during COVID they began collecting data&used it to focus their improvements ⭐️Year 1 saw an increase in overall quality of 8% with a 2% improvement year on year (see blue line in graph)
