The Hind Rajab Foundation has filed a formal denunciation in Sri Lanka against Israeli-American soldier Jake Burkons, citing credible evidence of his involvement in the destruction of civilian infrastructure during Gaza operations. Burkons, serving in the 603rd Combat Engineering Battalion, is currently present in Sri Lanka. HRF urged authorities to act in line with international law, stressing that states have a duty to investigate and prosecute grave breaches of humanitarian law.
