@realdavidonline Yes and he can, because he’s not in prison. In 48 states + DC, convicted felons regain voting rights after completing their sentence or on parole in many places. That’s why the triple-felon murderer in this video released early by Newsom, can now vote for him in 2028. The issue isn’t felons voting. It’s governors/DAs releasing violent criminals back onto the streets while law-abiding citizens get lectured on “democracy.” Trump’s NY case is under appeal and he’s free. The guy in the video murdered people and was freed anyway. Which one actually threatens public safety?

Federal law bans non-citizens from voting but it’s enforced on the honor system. In 35+ states you can register with ZERO documentary proof of citizenship (just check a box). That loophole has led to documented non-citizen registrations and votes: Heritage Foundation database has 1,500+ proven cases since 2000. If it’s already “illegal,” why oppose basic proof? It’s not suppression, I feel like it’s common sense.

The SAVE America Act cannot procedurally be passed through reconciliation. The parliamentarian will strip out provisions like voter ID, etc. Any Republican senator claiming it can be done that way is LYING. The SAVE America Act only stands a chance if it is attached to FISA.
