@BrevilleUSA So I called. The rep went on hold for a long time and then came back on and said that - apparently magically - not only did they replace the showerhead seal but the ENTIRE showerhead! LOL...

@BrevilleUSA The plot thickens! @BrevilleUSA sent an invoice asking for $238.51 for replacing the showerhead seal... except I already replaced it before I sent in the machine!

Does anyone know how to bypass the BitLocker Recovery step? The laptop is not allowing my friend to bypass it and my friend does not even know the BitLocker Recovery Key.

@AniaPerkowska @KatherineFirkin @MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft They just told me to talk to Dell, too. And Dell said to talk to @MicrosoftHelps. Most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. #BitlockerProblem

@KatherineFirkin @MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft I have exactly the same problem and having spoken to Dell, they say it’s a Microsoft issue 🤬 Seems like the two companies are just pushing the buck, whilst users are locked out of their laptops and unable to work #BitlockerProblem

@Brandon26951275 @DellCares I had the #BitlockerProblem too, @MicrosoftHelps didn't help do anything but tell me to reinstall Windows and lose all the data.

@DellCares Locked out of my laptop after firmware update due to BitLocker. Was never told about BitLocker nor was I told that I would eventually need a key for it. Apparentlythis is a widespread XPS problem within the last few days.

@casstocoast This is the #BitlockerProblem that many people are having and @MicrosoftHelps is not fixing.

@Dell updated and now bitlocker (which i didnt set up) is asking for a key i dont have- tried all the options even tried resetting and contacting @Microsoft but nothing worked! What's the deal??
