@Regar_XIV The likelihood is that they will not be in 2 mins though and will be a perma buff to upkeep (think DNC standard step buff) or will be personal only buff unless non offensive

@Regar_XIV Well we know for an absolute fact that bard still gets three non offensive party buffs with regen, movement speed and shield. OTs are going to have dmgdown on enemies.
I think it’s safe to say that SOME jobs will have a buff to keep up that’s either single target or partywide
