💔 THIS IS NOT JUST A COMPLAINT. THIS IS A HUMAN TRAGEDY INSIDE Punjab National Bank EXPLOITATION results TWO MISCARRIAGES A detailed complaint reportedly already submitted to the @pnbindia MD & CEO - has now reached me from internal sources. If even a part of this is true, this is not administrative lapse… THIS IS INHUMAN. In Kapurthala (Punjab) Allegations involve senior officials including: → DGM Kapurthala: Harinder Pal Singh Chawla → BM (Kapurthala Main): Abhay Mittal → LDM Kapurthala: Kamaljeet Singh → HRD officials handling the case ❗ WHAT IS BEING ALLEGED? A woman officer on compassionate (marriage) transfer… Pregnant… medically vulnerable… Yet she was allegedly: → Made to run between Circle Office, Branch & deputations repeatedly → Sent even to Currency Chest (where women staff aren’t allowed) → Forced into ~110 KM daily travel despite medical condition → Given back-dated posting orders → Her medical leave marked “unauthorized” → Subjected to home & hospital verification without consent RESULT? TWO MISCARRIAGES. Read that again. → Not one → Two. QUESTIONS THAT CANNOT BE IGNORED ❓ Why was compassionate transfer policy not followed to post her near her spouse in Phagwara? ❓ Who decided that a pregnant officer with medical complications should travel 110 KM daily? ❓ Why was she sent to a department where female staff aren’t even permitted? Ignorance or deliberate harassment? ❓ Why were back-dated orders issued? Who approved them? ❓ On what basis was medical leave rejected or termed unauthorized after such trauma? ❓ Who authorized private medical verification visits at her home & hospital? Under which rulebook? ❓ And the biggest question; If this complaint has already reached the MD Office… WHY IS THERE SILENCE? Are senior leaders unaware… or is this being quietly buried? If this kind of treatment leads to two miscarriages, this is no longer “process” or “policy gap.” This is a system failure with human cost. And let me ask openly: If this happened to your wife… your sister… Would you still defend it as routine administration? Or would you demand accountability? I urge @PMOIndia @narendramodi @NCWIndia @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia @DFS_India @PP_kapurthala @BhagwantMann to step in NOW: → Please take cognizance → Order an impartial inquiry → Fix accountability at every level → Ensure protection for the concerned officer If the allegations are false then Put the facts in public. If the allegations are true then Act. Don’t protect. Because two miscarriages under administrative pressure is not an “incident”, It is a red flag on the system itself. And silence in such a case is not neutrality, it is complicity. #PNB #WomenSafety #Bankersvoice

🔥 ANOTHER SLAP BEFORE MARCH END AND UFBU STILL SLEEPING As per unverified sources, Many banks have already placed #PLI proposals in their Board meetings, got them approved, and are now set to credit payouts to top executives before 31st March. If this is true then This is not just a decision it is a direct slap on the face of the entire banking workforce and a complete exposure of UFBU. First, the government made it clear that it can do what it wants. UFBU kept claiming that the matter is before @CLCMOLE and nothing can happen. But the government went ahead anyway and proved them wrong. Then came the reality check all those tall claims, all that noise, and when it mattered the most, UFBU stood silent. They tried to save face, but the system stripped away their credibility in front of every banker. And now what next? → The same old script → We will see next year → We will protest → We will go on strike Just to create an illusion of action while nothing changes on the ground. Bankers are not blind anymore. They can clearly see the pattern delay, distraction, and eventual surrender. UFBU projected CLC as a powerful authority when it suited them and deferred strike, but when it came to confronting the government, both UFBU and CLC were shown their real standing. All UFBU so called leaders @rupamsmail @ChVenkatachalam cowards and This is not just disappointment this is betrayal. → Enough of excuses. → Enough of symbolic protests. → Bankers deserve accountability, not drama. Time to wake up.
