Hopefully readers of FIENDISH have noticed a continual improvement since FIENDISH #1. In many ways, FIENDISH started as an attempt to get my style back after almost a decade of drawing for other franchises, and letting other people dictate and assume the genres and styles I should work in. I missed the freedom and sincerity I approached art with before I had any formal training, and I've been figuring out how to merge that old mindset with a more mature structure. Because this was a journey of stylistic discovery, I built FIENDISH as a project I could grow with. I knew that (with hard work) I would become a better artist and writer as the comic advanced, and the story would also build upon itself. Therefore, the books are meant to gradually increase in complexity— and I hope my art keeps improving too! 🖤✨ #FIENDISH #comics #art

On a regular Youtube indie comic promo show, no one in the chat needs to see or hear about a book for too long to know whether or not it's something they're interested in. But what often happens is, regardless of the quality of the book, the longer the sales pitch goes on, the more likely it is that the chat checks out.

@ReplicatorComic Rob, I'm getting ahead of myself (the odds are HORRIBLE!), but if I manage to pull Weeb Gilgamesh in the coming week, which of these skins do you think is more badass? Gold armor, or top armor removed with markings on the body?

It blows my mind that we live in a world of Ai where logo designs should be a thing of ease. And yet I still see some comic logos that look like absolute trash. crazy.
