@berlinairport Hmmm. But you are responsible for airport services right? So when passengers are delayed for hours in your baggage hall without any information on the airport screens or any PA announcements that would be your responsibility?

@easyJet I was on EJU8209 that was diverted to Luton from LGW today. I was due to fly onwards from LGW to BFS tonight but now will not be able to. I have booked an Easyjet flight from Luton instead. Can you give me details of how to claim a refund on the flight that I missed?

@easyJet Hi thanks. I did that already on Thursday. However now that ref has been 'cancelled' so I cannot add receipts to claim my £25 allowance. Should I create a new report?

Hello @easyJet - flew to Berlin with you today and the entire plane's baggage was withheld with no communication as to when we will receive it. Here for a weekend. No luggage or essential meds. Will we get it back?
