It also depends on the individual. I've recently realized I don't have a "positive reinforcement mindset" and only a negative one. As in positive outcomes don't build much of anything for me but negative ones do. The other fay it was snowing and I tagged the guardrail. 16 years of driving in adverse weather conditions and one small accident has me convinced I can't drive.
