Every golf course needs a driveable par 4 but there needs to be a risk/reward layout. We either need to make eagle with a great shot or double with a bad shot.

@OnlyFriends_Pod The big story is that he may not have understood poker at all. He had one six figure cash in poker tournaments in his whole life. He did happen to get that when he was 52 it appears. Seems like he had no imagination at all...too stuck on math to understand the game.

I learned that David Sklansky passed away today. Regardless of his thoughts & faults, there's no denying that he was one of the most influential individuals in the game of poker, especially in the 1970s and 80s. The Theory of Poker was a game-changer. pokernews.com/news/2014/02/p…

I think the reason the LIV broadcast having issues bothers me (more than it probably should) is because the trajectory was so high, and there’s so much potential. Capitalizing on the opportunity they have will result in a truly great product. For players, for fans, for golf.

The 2026 broadcasts have been worse, production wise, than any previous season and they seem to be getting progressively worse during the season. Huge letdown for 2026 and very frustrating for @livgolf_league fans. I do hope they get it together soon. When firing on all cylinders it’s 100x more enjoyable than any other pro golf broadcast.
