@JoeyL14 So bizarre. Seems to be an issue with the Swiss provider, providing you 5 x 1 day eSIMs rather than 1 x 5 day eSIMs. I have manually built the plan for you and sent. Really sorry about this - I’ll investigate properly tomorrow and compensate you.

@SIMOVO_ Hi, the new code appears to have been only for 24 hours again. There was nothing on the first email when activating it to show when the expiry was so hadn't realised until this morning.

@SIMOVO_ Hi, should this reset at the end of each 24 hour period? I should be onto day 2 of 5 from about 5pm, but it shows as expired on day 1. I thought it might be because I had no signal earlier for this to update.

@JoeyL14 Good question 😊 Our plans start when the eSIM first connects to a local network, and then run in 24-hour blocks from that time. So if you activate at 5pm today, each day runs 5pm–5pm. If you stop using it before 5pm Tuesday, that would count as 5 days, not 6.

@SIMOVO_ Hi, if I'm activating an esim at 5pm today and will be switching it off before 5pm on Tuesday, does this count as 5 days or 6?
