@JoeyL14 Ah yeah, you did mention Sevilla Vs. Atleti, that should be class! I was looking at Bilbao fixtures for next Saturday but once again, I'm there and there's no game! They play on the Tuesday night after instead.

@SamAS_91 Luckily late last night I got the half 8 train! It was worse than getting Oasis tickets 😅 One seat would come up then disappear immediately while booking during the day. That was for the Cadiz game. Also doing Seville vs Atleti on Saturday and the Betis Europa game on Thurs.

Massively regretting my trip to Spain next week. The public transport is in absolute chaos, so many things I had booked or planned are gonna have to be cancelled (or just losing the cash). Should've gone somewhere else and done a tour of Andalusia next year.

@JoeyL14 I went to Alberobello in Puglia, really cool little town with all the trulli houses. Haven't been to Switzerland but only heard really good things!

@SamAS_91 Still need to do Puglia area, Rome and Naples. Might combine Rome with Florence when I go back there, and Naples I want to combine with the Amalfi coast. Milan is top of my list to tick off San Siro. They were my top 2 countries but Switzerland's a strong No.1 contender now.

There are some who will say I'm only vocal when I'm complaining about #afcb now - they're right. It's probably a bit sad but I don't really care that much about the football anymore. I do care that the ownership have made many people feel so disconnected, though - that's why.

@alexdeutsch @_dannywhitelock I could be wrong, it's a long day. My ticket before they arrived was £550, it's now £694. I think that's 26%. Either way, it's a lot!

What’s the total % increase since the Americans have taken over? Remember, we’re customers, not supporters. #afcb

@SamAS_91 Just be grateful they're not quadrupling the public transport costs on matchdays I guess. (Apprehensive joking about this & giving them ideas)

I'd be very surprised if you ever see a price freeze again. This is now an American model club and they know damn well that demand outstrips supply, so it doesn't really matter to them if you go or someone else does. In fact, probably better someone else, they spend more. #afcb

@_peter27_ @AgeingCherry 26% increase since they arrived and first put the prices up in 2023. Won't stop, this is the new normal because the demand is there. It'll become a club of day trippers and tourists, but doesn't matter to the owners.

‘Thank you for your unwavering support’ to celebrate here’s another season ticket increase, whilst kicking fans out their seats for hospitality. Honestly get fucked ✊🏻

@alexdeutsch Think I've been to about 2 games in the last 12 months. Lost all desire for it, any football in general really. Enjoying playing again but the love of watching it has just died for me.

My overall enjoyment at the moment makes me feel like, if I had literally any other hobbies, this would probably be my last as a season ticket holder. I’ll be priced out soon enough anyway

@JoeyL14 Ah that's shit that you'll have to leave the game early. I can't remember if you said you had other games lined up when you were there?

@SamAS_91 Cheers mate. They just released more seats on the earlier train from Cadiz so I'll have to leave the match at half time! The last train has free seats for the whole journey apart from one stop in the middle, so it's full 😭 The conflicting info on other services is appalling too

@JoeyL14 I've not done anywhere near enough in either, too. Probably my two favourite countries to visit, though. I've been to Rome, Venice, Naples and a bit of the Puglia region. So much more to do.

@SamAS_91 Italy would be amazing, still so many places I need to visit there. Same with Spain though, haven't done the north yet and also a few places I want to go back to.

@JoeyL14 Ah man, that sounds like a nightmare. Hopefully it works out okay in the end but sounds like rotten luck with the timing. We haven't booked it yet. It's between there and somewhere in Italy, but depends on her getting Spanish residency. Russian passports cause complications😅

@SamAS_91 Coach there because trains aren't running. Trains to Cadiz sold out so gotta get a bus! Coaches to Granada, Cordoba and back to Málaga. Fucking shambles. Brave of you to risk Seville in June! 🥵 (I've got the opposite issue where I think the weather turns a bit shit next week)

@AyJayL @its_mr_0 Diesel is now £1.86/litre, rental costs are completely out of control and energy bills are at around 10% of most household incomes - but it's that pesky meal deal that'll get you!
