I wrote this on paper when I was sick for a friend of mine going through it but I figured it could help many more on here I don’t think a man should have dreams Dreams hurt, they seem so far away that no matter what you do they will remain out of reach. You can get a job to pay for your housing and food while you dedicate your time to building something meaningful Having worked with people in hospice I can tell you not a single one of them told me « I wish I maxed out my 401k earlier on » or « I wish I had continued my job to make my parents happy » It was always I wish I travelled more and I wish I had taken more risk and *tried* XYZ Don’t let your life go besides you while you hold nothing but regrets There is nothing I would rather be doing than what I am working on right now, and it should be the same for all of you Write your book Start your show on YouTube Travel to some remote islands Do whatever it is you feel the need to do because tomorrow you might not be there to do it Live a life with no regrets only remorse

Day 11 Been having confidence issues as of late. I'm at a point where my port has been stagnant for 3-4 months and its getting to my head. Been pretty plagued with thoughts of self-doubt. Nevertheless, I've been in worse places so I know I'll be able to shake it. Sometimes though, it feels like I'm fighting the battle alone. When on a walk today to sift through these thoughts and realized that my biggest critic is myself. I'd understood this before but it hit really hard this time. It was very cathartic and it felt like I'd truly accepted that as fact for the first time ever. Felt like a burden was simultaneously lifted off and placed on my shoulders. Weird place to be in. That all being said, I want to take a break from journaling for a week. I'll still be trading everyday but I want a change. Nothing will change for me unless I experiment. My current systems have worked in the past, but it's about adapting to avoid plateauing. This is sort of a hard decision for me because I treasure this outlet very much, but I think it's necessary. I'll be back on September 24th, barring any crazy developments. Will still be tweeting when I feel like it and commenting when I feel like it, but won't be adding to this thread for a week. Thank you for the advice, you know who you are.

Day 1 Decided to create a new thread for the second year to avoid clutter. Today I simply held my bags and did some research into potential additions. There seems to be a mini bonk resurgence going on which makes the opportunity plentiful on pump coins. Not that I am particularly bearish on bonk coins, but Alon and his team seem to be really stepping up their game in terms of pushing their ecosystem. Onchain looks to have more life once again, projects like flipr, tokabu, 67 holding very strong over the past few days. Avoiding aping into anything too hard though since its the weekend and there are plenty of important macro days this week that may cause some volatility. I will also admit that over the past few days I've missed a ton of opportunity. It sucks that I couldn't end my journaling year strong but I was just quite burnt out. Starting to get my mind back after taking it easy for a bit. I am very optimistic about the future.
