@BYC900 @HACKETTREF I think that in a high profile game like this was they decided not to make a decision because they were scared of getting it wrong and the impact that could have made..and in doing so got it horrendously wrong....but it's Burnley..less noise from the media. Scandalous.

@HACKETTREF They didn't look at it and thought, "that's not a red". They looked at it, saw it was red, and never gave it. That is the result of what? Are they stupid? Are they visually impaired? Do they not understand the rules? Are they corrupt?

Richard it was an easily detected red card offence. It WAS Serious Foul Play. I am bemused that Ref, VAR and 4th official got this wrong. Webb must take responsibility.

The point of VAR is picking up on these instances and it's another fail. Tell tale sign is on the whole only Arsenal fans think it's not a red. Surprise surprise.

It's simply a high lunge with studs on an opponents calf. Just because its reckless rather than malicious doesn't make it a yellow
