How we all doing, I’m Rob 👋 Current Total ISA Holdings: £22.5k 👀 The plan? I’m surprised at how much the new ISA rules are confusing people. Apparently the government will be after this money past April 2027 🤷‍♂️ I’ve been told 2 times!! Today that I’ll be losing 22% of my money.. 😅

@investwitheryk1 Exactly! I’m so glad for now.. that was have a tax free ISA 🤞

@SixFigureRob Some people don’t read properly, they just see “22% tax” and think it’s for everything, in the uk we are still lucky we don’t pay tax on S&S as in a lot of European countries you pay taxes

What’s everyone doing to pass the time until 1am?.. sorry I mean 2am 🥱 Decided to meal prep 3-4 days worth of food, to give me some time back this week ⏰ “Health is Wealth” as they say but in all seriousness, a very busy week and any time I can gain back, is a bonus 😄

@SixFigureRob Mine only ever holds cash temporarily. Long term, I want every pound working for me in productive assets. Cash is for opportunities, not wealth building.

Food = fuel ⛽️ Anyone else have 💰 in a Cash ISA? If so.. what’s the reason? For me, it’s earning tax free interest while I wait for last years S&S portfolio to be transferred to T212.. once it’s all in one place I’ve got pies + auto invest ready to GO.. 🚀

@SixFigureRob Exactly that mate. I’d love to just go stock picking now. But I’m at The very early stage, I’m in the markets I’m a constantly adding to my ETFs - I will keep on learning

What was the FIRST stock you bought? For me VUAG, up 15% to this day.. 🚀 Simple, but effective 📈

@ryans_investing I like that! I think when I sort my sipp out I’ll do something similar with being 100% in! Makes total sense then, trying to maybe see if you can get higher gains that you’ve missed out from prior years? Not right now, not enough knowledge to do so honestly! Time will come 🤞

I have got $VWRP in my sipp account (100% all in) and I feel it’s more diversified - so for me this was my safest investment for retirement My ISA - I’m 41 and feel like I’m late to the game so I personally believe I go go more tech/growth heavy. Do you own any single stocks?

@ryans_investing Likewise mate, never be ashamed 👋 Definitely one I’ll look into more then! The only ETF’s I have right now are your basics, S&P 500 + FTSE All World - excited to learn more and start to diversify 💪

$eqqq 2 weeks ago.. 😜 not ashamed to say - I’m a new investor and I’m slowly building. Why did I decide to buy $eqqq ? Tech for the win Long term. ✅ ETF good starting foundation ✅ Single stocks I don’t have the knowledge to understand what I will be owning completely. I don’t want to gamble

@BradInv94 Sometimes things are worth losing money for.. that silver that got you into investing is probably going to make you a lot more in the long run 😅😄

@SixFigureRob My first investment was silver a few months back, I bought the hype when it jumped up 😂 although I lost a little, its what got me interested in investing.

£3,500 mark hit🥳 My account has been sitting at £3,480 since last Thursday and it’s been bugging me!🤣 £20 into $VWRP The dopamine seeing your money stack up is insane! If I only I told myself this 4 years ago when I turned 18!

@SixFigureRob Yes that’s right. Currently around $3,300 from dividend ETFs and $3,500 from other passive income from real estate and lending. That covers all my monthly expenses plus leaves some money left over to keep investing in growth stocks.

@SixFigureRob Thank you Rob, I’ve been very blessed on my investment journey. I invested early into gold, silver, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polkadot, and some companies as well. Now focused mainly on high conviction stocks and income ETFs.

I like this, yes we all want our money to work to the MAX.. 🚀 But you never know what life may throw at you, very smart to keep an emergency fund while gaining interest also.. 📈 Does everyone else have a place for their “emergency funds”? 🤞
