Cameras in the hallways and parking lots are used in case something is reported then tape can be reviewed. This COULD BE THE CASE IN THE CLASSROOMS but school board members are AFRAID to make this policy because UNIONS cry “privacy” issues. When cameras are in the classrooms, everyone will be safer, students and teachers. I am not a fan of live-streaming but am a HUGE FAN of transparency. Cameras should be in EVERY CLASSROOM not for live-streaming but for safety.
