What's the rate o MEP (-) patients who score (paradoxically?) high on Fugl-Meyer (UL)? There's variability in response to TMS and no criteria for defining someone as MEP (-/+). But how many MEP (-)s with high FM should we expect? @kate_hayward_ @dr_nickward @blamlab @laboyd47
