Challenges that present opportunities It so happened that for various uncompromising personal reasons few of our key team members need to take extended (2-3 weeks) leave this month, so I have to step up and step in deeper into some of the processes I haven't been that involved in for the past few months. Mostly in customer success and product. It's definitely a challenge. I haven't been in details of some of these processes for a while and it's a ton of work, so my day-to-day is about to get a whole lot more intense. Yet, it's also an opportunity to go deep into how we do things now and rebuild/optimize to unlock faster growth. Processes that we've set up when we had 50 customers aren't working as well when we are at 250, we need to rethink them from the ground up to get to 500 and beyond and that's what I'll be doing the next month. Will let you know what I learn. In the meantime - if you're interested in founder-led onboarding and customer support - July is your month to sign up :)

I raised 5000 dollars for the design and discovery of my new startup/ product. It’s may be less for some but I am proud I got this, will do my best and then raise even more.
