Those in power in Delhi, politicians and officers alike, should take a hard look at this and answer a simple question: why can’t Delhi be this clean? Why? Lutyen's Delhi does look like this throughout the year, then why not the rest of Delhi? Why do we lesser mortals have to live in filthy, rotting, inhumane conditions?
