Tough loss today in the that's baseball yug off. Really wanted to steal game 1 on the road and set the tone, didn't go that way. That's how baseball goes, sometimes that's the way porn goes. Tip my cap to @danabeers and his teammate on the overtime W. HB3's preparation was there, just didn't get the job done today. Personally, I don't think I got too drunk at breakfast but now that I'm reflecting..combining fireball, beer, and champagne wasn't smart of me especially knowing this is a strictly beer drinking baseball game that could go to extra innings. I put swish in a tough spot having to go up against Dana twice because my body wasn't readily available after my heart burn started to set in from the fireball and mimosas. Forgot my TUMS too, so i honestly felt like I was having a massive heart attack at halftime. No excuses though. I also let the theatrics from team barstool get in my head a little bit. The anthem with a fucking massive American flag got me emotional about the troops. It's not easy to invade other countries for the political agenda of bisexual congressmen and risk your life for this country over oil money and stealing resources. I salute them for that and the only reason we're able to safely compete today is because of our military. Thank you. Anyways, the drone flyover, PFT on the guitar, the random guy that probably has a criminal record for at least 1 violent crime having a real life boa constrictor snake, the fact that there was at least 2 girls there in the crowd making me nervous, I could go on and on. The production was awesome and as a guy that's used to podcasting in small bedrooms and other various shitholes, I feel like the setting was so cool that it took the chip off my shoulder. I need to be better than that, mentally stronger than that. Better focus than that. The good news, we have game 2 tomorrow. This series is far from over and I think everyone knows it. The media, the critics...we hear the noise. Fuck you, we don't care. We're going to go in there tomorrow and win game 2 and head back to Arizona with a W in our pocket..not just for us either..this is for the HB3 faithful. We're a family. We're one big gay chinese black family that loves baseball and we will do anything to make you proud. We will die trying to win this series if we have to. Who gives a shit. Game 2 tomorrow.
