@Terminix you are a scam. I have spent thousands $ on termite warranty over 20 years. Your inspector said I have termites on Jan 21 and needed tenting. Dozens of calls and no one will help me - meanwhile termites eat my home.

I have to say @Terminix is GARBAGE!!! lol what to charge me more for an inspection only because I do not want their service. Only need and inspection for my refinance not a service for bugs that I DO NOT have. (SMH) DO NOT use this company.

@Terminix Called them...I cancelled my plan which I paid $330 and they will not refund my money....so the plan is cancelled and they are keeping my money. So if I get termites this year I'm not covered...they never came to my house to inspect.

@Terminix can’t trust cyst service. I called a few weeks ago about a price increase that I was not aware of! Not a good way to do business. The car told me the price would hold at 62 per visit, guess what the price stayed at 67. I’m about ready to cancel! Others can do the same!

@Terminix really rude and unacceptable to have a confirmed scheduled appt only to have a no call/no show. On your site you guarantee someone will come in between treatments if needed but yet this is the 2nd time no one shows. What will be done about this? What am I paying for?

@Terminix I was informed via email on 7/1/25, my yearly exclusion service that I paid $274 on 3/12/25 was cancelled as of 6/30/25. Tried to get resolve, customer service had no explanation & offered I send an email to get answers. This makes no sense.
