@Terminix I keep requesting a visit for 3pm-5pm,but I keep getting Morning Visit scheduled, I called numerous times about that and had the visit rescheduled for 3pm-5pm but after the agent hang up, you send me a message with morning time again, why ??????? 3 TIMES ALREADY!!!!!!

@Terminix For over a yr Terminix emails saying our CC didn't go through (followed by bill in the mail) every month. But, you reprocess it & it's fine. Spoken to several people & wrote ltr, still no help. We have no problems with other services using same card. Why is that?

@Terminix you’re billing terms are wrong. Been receiving, to a point, harassed for quarterly visit that occurred May 4. Calls started 2 weeks after service completed. What sort of terms do you have, NET10/NET14? Or is it immediate?

@Terminix December 10th 2025 Terminix started process of eradication of squirrels in my attic, along with removal and replacement of all of my insulation. Crew stepped through my ceiling and broke wire to my security camera. It is now 3plus months later and no resolution. Called many time

@Terminix you are a scam. I have spent thousands $ on termite warranty over 20 years. Your inspector said I have termites on Jan 21 and needed tenting. Dozens of calls and no one will help me - meanwhile termites eat my home.
