@virginmedia what does your web bot send me to whatsapp and then send me the same message over and over? Your tactic for stopping people contacting you clearly works - your service is awful. Its impossible to speak to anyone and your contact link on your website is broken
@virginmedia changes to a channel removal and a new monthly price for the total package so a new 18 month contract - and if i call that number why is that any faster to calling 150 also i have to spend 4 mins going through pressing buttons presumably - when will i see the changes on my acc
