@TheLittleTrader Agreed. Over 5x last year but I would think if it was over 1x then it would make sense to scale it up. But I know there are many other factors at play.

. Financial Advisors Do you track Marketing Expenses each year? Ours turned out to be 2.5% of gross revenue last year. The biggest chunk of that was paying for video editors and distribution across social platforms. If you want to share, I'd be curious how you did it.

A $400k mortgage at 2.75% is $1.6k/mo. A $250k mortgage at 6.75% is $1.6k/mo Price has to decline by 37.5% for the same monthly payment. This isn’t good.

Traders need to believe in their skills and stop worshipping outspoken money managers. Big money is just big money, typically not smart money. Smart money manages risk, that can be you! tker.co/p/spiva-midyea…

@alphatrends Why do you anchor from the middle of the candle and not the top or bottom (for example, bottom if a swing low) thanks.

No evidence of support as $SPY undercut Nov low AVWAP but is above YTD low AVWAP (green) Summer hi AVWAP (Red) and Covid low AVWAP (orange) $QQQ sickly as it is below YTD ⚓️VWAP low $SMH the "healthiest" as it holds the Nov AVWAP low (so far)

@StocksWithBrian Easy to cherry pick the greatest stocks out there and say “hold forever”. What if someone did that with GE. Just a thought. Hold forever is only for select stocks which is hindsight.

@Brian_Stoffel_ @aintfirstlast Also depends on the persons risk tolerance. 75 yr old doesn’t wanted to stomach portfolio going down 50%. But it’s personal preference!. Nothing wrong with your picks for you! I love some of those stocks.

@TheLittleTrader @aintfirstlast Absolutely. Though I think it'd be ok to have a portfolio like this at/in "retirement" if 1⃣ 5 years worth of living expenses in cash 2⃣ I have the option of not converting holdings into cash in a down year OR pushing a year's worth INTO the market to capitalize on ⬇️ prices

@Th_Krauss @Budgetdog_ I wouldn’t be looking for high yields 1st, I’d be looking at companies that have a decent growth rate and always increases dividends. I would@be trying to match the SP, but there is a formula to find a basket of 10-15 growers and outperform the SP
