✝️ Holy Week: Jesus did it all for us. Palm Sunday’s praise → Last Supper → Gethsemane → betrayal → trial → the Cross → the tomb. He carried our sins. The grave couldn’t hold Him. On the 3rd day He rose! Jesus is alive, our Savior and King.

In the days of Roman rule, when Israel groaned under occupation, a fierce group arose: the Zealots. They believed freedom would come by the sword. But in that same land, another voice said: ‘Put your sword away.’ One kingdom fought Rome. The other would change the world.

@tyromper Jesus did not come for people who think they have it all together. He came for the broken, the tired, the lost, and the sinners. You do not need to clean yourself up before coming to Christ. Come as you are, and let Him change you.

So many people often tell me I like your stuff & vibe with it, but I’m just not RELIGIOUS like you Ty. Perfect! I always reply. I’m not very religious either!! In fact, religion, rules, judgment & shame kept me away from CHURCH & JESUS for a long time. You don’t need to “GET RELIGIOUS” & attempt to clean yourself up before coming to Jesus. Come to Jesus as you are. Read about Him. Study His life & you’ll see He didn’t like RELIGION & RULES much either. He will start to “clean you up” & change you once you simply start reading & studying with an open mind & open heart. No Jesus, NO PEACE. Know Jesus, KNOW PEACE. "Come to ME all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." -Matthew 11:28 I tried just about everything the world had to offer & could never find PEACE, JOY & REST until I gave Jesus a shot. Once I did, I realized He had been there all along waiting even when I was unwilling to accept Him. Easter weekend is a great time to go to Church & be open to learning.

@tyromper Most of the world pushes comfort, convenience, and instant pleasure. Very few people tell men the truth: train hard, eat real food, get sunlight, read your Bible, build discipline, and take responsibility for your health. That path is harder, but it leads to strength.

Don't avoid sugar & processed foods we know cause cancer. Don't avoid booze & cigarettes which we know causes cancer. Don't hit the gym, sauna, & get physically fit like we know reduces risk of all diseases including cancer. What does mainstream tell guys....... Look at porn more for your health? THESE PEOPLE HATE YOU!!!!! Where's the health campaign telling men to hit the gym, eat whole real food, open their Bibles daily, walk 10,000 steps a day, & get outside in the sun???

In 1986, the American Medical Association published an article titled "The Physical Death of Jesus Christ". It details the entire process of Jesus' trial to His death on the cross. In Luke 22, before Jesus is arrested, it is written that He was in great distress & sweating blood. Although rare, it is recognized as Hematidrosis, a condition caused by high levels of stress. At the time, the crucifixion was considered the worst death for the worst of criminals. But this is not all Jesus faced. He endured whipping so severe that it tore the flesh from His body. He was beaten so horribly that His face was torn & His beard ripped. A crown of thorns, 2-3 inches long cut deeply into His scalp. The leather whip used to flog Him had tiny iron balls & sharp bones. The balls caused internal injuries while the sharp bones ripped open His flesh. His skeletal muscles, veins, & bowels are exposed, causing major blood loss. Most men do not survive this kind of torture. After Jesus was severely flogged, He was forced to carry His cross while people mocked & spat on Him. Crucifixion was a process meant to instill excruciating pain, creating a slow & agonizing death. Nails as long as 8 inches were driven into Jesus' wrists & feet. The Roman soldiers knew the tendons in the wrists would tear & break, forcing Jesus to use His back muscles to support Himself to breathe. Imagine the struggle, the pain, the courage...Jesus endured this reality for 3 hours! The Gospel of John writes that after Jesus' death, a Roman soldier pierced His side with a spear & blood & water came out. Scientists explain that from hypovolemic shock, the rapid heart rate causes fluid to gather in the sack around the lungs & heart. The accumulation of fluid in the membrane around the heart is called a Pericardial effusion & the lungs is called a pleural effusion. To the world, Christianity is as foolish as it can get. They believe it's for the weak. But when you are confronted by the reality of the cross, it's clearly not a pretty sight. It is brutal & horrific. This is the weight Jesus carried. The weight of the sins of the world, all so that we can live. God's wrath is fully satisfied in Jesus. This is what it took. Repent & believe! Jesus is “God among us” in the flesh. Jesus is our Savior. Jesus loves you so much that He went through this spiritual and physical punishment for your sins and mine. Jesus is the LORD, Almighty God, Everlasting Father. Thank You, Jesus.

@tyromper A man who never pushes his body will never know how strong his mind can become. Discipline in the gym becomes discipline in life.

I feel sorry for people that don't go to the gym, run, lift, sprint, & push their bodies. They never get to know how good they could actually feel. I'm talking more even about MENTALLY than physically. There's a euphoric feeling after moving. Your MIND is so much sharper & more clear. You have more confidence, less anxiety, & are able to handle problems 1,000x better. In conclusion, go move your body today!!! Thanks for coming to my Ted talk :)
