@TherapyNotes I tried to bring my concerns up in the Facebook group and your admin deleted my post. So I suppose you don't want feedback on this.

It's cool that @TherapyNotes is adding new features, but when I signed up I was told they would "never" raise my monthly rate. They should have a tier for existing users who don't need the new features and want them to honor the promise they made.

@TherapyNotes I'm about to do an appointment with a therapist that uses this. Can multiple people join a telehealth appointment? Looks like you have Group telehealth, but if it's a family appointment, can multiple people join from difference locations? My therapist call line isn't sure.
