@flowstate_trade I use daily developing vwaps yeah you're right they aren't static at all.. But what i meant is that do you use yesterday's vwaps or like you plot them everyday or use indicators which plots them everyday auto update and all..

Asian range = orientation / framework. London open = directional hook. New york open = continuation / reversal. London close = daily range reset. Each timed-range follows a specific logic.

Little update on my @Topstep XFA‘s Unfortunately, I blew them earlier today. Not gonna lie, pretty frustrated at myself. I was actually fairly close to the second payout already, but a couple of trades yesterday and today simply weren’t my best work. Took a bit too much risk aswell, and paid the price for it. That being said, I can’t be too mad at myself. I’m still very new to Futures. And the way I trade them is a bit different from my CFD approach, where I have years of reps, confidence and experience behind my edge. Naturally, that also means I’m going to make more mistakes while figuring things out. Lesson learned. I‘ll review it, improve and move on. Giving up is never an option anyway. The new Combines are already halfway passed Back to work.

@mhtrading_smc Time-windows for trading are the best way to prevent overtrading, improve focus & have better decision-making. I do exactly the same. London - 7-10am, sometimes towards midday, but depends. If Asia expands, I skip London. NY for me - 1:15pm - 4pm generally speaking.

I don't trade every move. I check charts at specific times. If my conditions are met, I enter. If not, I pass. Most of my 'wins' come from not trading.
