Thrilled that our @Onward_Homes Hattersley site had another visit from @HomesEngland. This time our visitor was Nicola Elsworth, Head of Planning & Enabling. The scheme for 70 houses & 91 Extra Care units is progressing well, scheduled for completion in summer 2024.

Pleased to have submitted Newsome Mill planning app with @CollabLiving @ConnectHousing Built in 1827, it was destroyed by fire in 2016. Design proposals are for 45 apartments within the Grade II listed structures, alongside 33 dwellings & pedestrian-friendly landscaped streets
