We just announced another key step in our debt reduction efforts. Debenture investors have unanimously agreed to convert ~$1.4M of the ~$2.8M note to equity at $0.135/ share, a ~200% premium to market price as of yesterday's close. We appreciate the strong vote of confidence and unwavering support displayed by our noteholders in agreeing to restructure the debentures in a manner that we believe is in the best long-term interest of all stakeholders.
