@camthaman The key reason was the company hires from different countries, so they want everything to be always synced.

@VirtualItems101 I feel like Figma may already be part of the standard, but this is really interesting to hear.

@uniquemoviemom dog shit. 🤷‍♂️ if u split it into different 30s reels then it may still look good, but if u watch the whole thing as a movie its pretty shiity. dont like how they made the predator so human-like, and the story the flow is just so shit.

@0xChar @mondoggg @9gagceo “Capz have historically been rewarded 3:1 to potz” oh no no no, that’s the mindset I would worried you guys have in mind 🤦🏻‍♂️, in fact, Capz holders paid more, stacked more, bear more risk than Potz holders.

Hey Mondoggg, that tweet has been deleted since people don’t understand sarcasm on CT. Captainz have historically been rewarded 3:1 to Potz, they have been treated like the main collection in every way, ie rewards, opportunities and airdrops. You’re smart enough to understand that potatoz is a fantastic unifier to 9gag, Memecoin and memeland. Through this IP we will show the space the reach and access 9gag opens, access to brands, creators and integrations. If Potz win, so do capz and so does the eco. No point having a civil war on internal assets. We are stoked to show the space what can be done here, memeland marketing machine has just started. I personally have 10 times more capz than Potz :)

This might be the biggest fuck you I’ve directly received from a major NFT project. Let alone one I’ve supported more than most over the years. “Caps are the number one collection” I guess was a lie @9gagceo? This cycle just fucking sucks

Naturally I have shit to say 😂 The basic thing to do when you start any kind of business or project should be to figure out what market you are targeting and what problem your product will be solving or what need it will be filling. Without that you have nothing and are going to fail because you don’t know what you are doing. You guys are telling me that in 3 years you didn’t figure out what you wanted to do past “create a story”? Mint time came and you started trying to do all these things so you could deliver “stuff” to the community and now all of a sudden you figured out it was too much? Even if you thought about doing all these things in the past years, no one from the team stopped and said “wait, this is too much, we don’t have enough people?” Also you keep saying that your team is very talented but at the same time we keep seeing all the ways they are lacking. We saw it during reveal and the fact that you didn’t anticipate how complicated generating the collection would be, which anyone with experience in the space could have foreseen. You also had 3 years to figure it out… We never had a clear answer about what exactly FB was building pre mint. It turns out it’s because there is no clear direction… until now? I expected at the end of the message the revelation of what FB was about to be made but it wasn’t. I don’t care if it’s shared in your Discord on a call with holders. People don’t have time for that. The only thing that has been delivered so far was the cards in collaboration with Chimpers… WHAT IS THE PRODUCT? WHAT IS THE NEED YOU ARE FILLING??? Good intentions aren’t enough to make a good business, and it seems like that’s all there is to this project. I was impressed for like one day when I saw that announcement about FB trying to have a booth at anime conventions. I’m interested to know if that will be something you will keep working on or is it getting discarded as an idea… 😂 KEVIN I WANT TO HAVE NICE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT YOUR PROJECT!!!! I DON’T WANNA BE LIKE THIS…. 💀💀 I’M UPSET AGAIN.

I fucked up. These last months as head of operations at Final Bosu, I steered our team in too many directions. Yesterday it hit me for real: it’s time for a massive internal shift. When I opened our Notion dashboard I saw 26 active projects. Each one felt like its own business: VR experiences, huge events, collector profiles, content pipelines, animations, art… the list went on. All great ideas. All important. But the problem? We’re still only a small team of 5-7 full timers. Even with new hires, it’s not enough to do it all at high quality. Why did we take on so much? Part of it was wanting to deliver for the community. Part of it was covering up our own insecurities. Part of it is excitement for all projects. As a leader I realize now: It’s not about doing everything. It’s about saying no to almost everything… and putting all focus into the one thing that truly matters. The fun part is this: our team is insanely talented when we work together and optimize every little detail. Just like when we launched the collection and the campaign, everyone felt that Final Bosu vibe. But when we’re spread too thin, each in our own lanes, chasing too many things at once… that magic can’t come through. And I think that’s exactly what we’ve all been longing for as a community. That’s about to change. I’ve found the one thing we need to focus on. It’s clear as daylight. And I believe the next weeks and months will turn the whole narrative around. When I shared this new vision in one-on-one calls, every single team member said: Yes. This is it. Today in the holder-only SyncUp, I’ll go deeper into what this means and how it will look in practice.

Bald heads, big brains, and massive conviction. These are the top 3 founders with the “bald trait” that I trust most in Web3: → @9gagceo (Memeland) → @spencer (Moonbirds) → @Cabanimation (Claynosaurz) What do they have in common? - Bald alpha - All three believe in creative legitimacy: not just “I minted early,” but building culture + experiences that have staying power. - They’re also blurring lines between physical & digital: Spencer with physical cards, Cab with animation, Ray with real products + token/meme culture. - They’re transparent and accessible: Ray, Spencer, and Cab often talk openly about what they believe Web3 should be: collaboration, IP, value, not zero‑sum fights. Next time someone asks what you look for in a founder? "If he’s bald and bullish, I’m in."

“You shouldn’t have bought an NFT from this collection I don’t own. You should have bought instead from the collection I own, because my bags are always better than everyone else’s bags.”
Simon Dedic@sjdedic

To whoever bought that Bored Ape for 666 $ETH last night, I’ve got bad news for you: Bored Apes aren’t coming back. Even if you’re betting on an upcoming NFT season (so am I), you can’t just rotate into dino collections that offer nothing but a PFP. That’s like buying $ADA or $LTC just because you expect a bull run. The meta has shifted. You want NFTs with strong leadership, real brand direction, and distribution through highly aligned, mission-driven communities. Look at what @LucaNetz has built with @pudgypenguins, or what @spencer is doing with @moonbirds right now. I expect even more cult-like leaders to emerge and follow their example. The only real exception is CryptoPunks. They’ve earned legacy status and are cultural artifacts by now. They’ll probably hit new highs we can’t even imagine. But that Bored Ape era is over. They had their chance, and they wasted it. Accept it and move on. There’s still time to rotate into winners.
