Did you know the Merrie Melodies theme song has lyrics? The tune "Merrily We Roll Along," written by entertainer Eddie Cantor in 1935, was never commercially recorded, but Eddie sang it once on his radio show. Carl Stalling obviously thought it had potential.

I don’t always wanna be good sometimes I just wanna create for the sake of creation itself.

Using references and guides and whatnot has made me a better artist but I realize since I can’t see pictures in my head, using references has kinda also had the negative effect of making it hard to draw from just nothin’ which kinda sucks. Like I'm glad to improve -

Very "funny" that all the QRTs on this are "uhhh, why would you expect GI Joe to have anything to say about the us military? 🤪" when the comic book by Larry Hama that ran for over a decade was acclaimed for its nuanced, intelligent satire of the military-industrial complex.
