Motivated by the success of the new Arena season, Ref is eager to secure new places to hold fights at. His men have been spotted on Shoreline, Customs, and even around the nature reserve. Jaeger refuses to stand by and watch this happen and is determined to fight back. The contribution of PMCs in this conflict will determine which locations become available for Arena fights first. You can take part and influence the outcome in both PvP and PvE Zone. The max number of player Scavs on Shoreline, Customs, and Woods has been temporarily reduced. The event will run until June 12.

@ClaudeDevs the catch is the fork inherits your context at fork time, but your session keeps moving while it runs. by the time the background agent returns, you've evolved past the state it reasoned from. the result is correct for a snapshot that's no longer current

We've updated /fork in Claude Code /fork now runs a background agent with your exact context (system prompt, tools, history, model) and prompt cache. The result gets returned to your session. /branch (the old /fork) still copies the transcript to a new session you drive.

The in-game event "Full Speed Ahead" is now live in #EscapefromTarkov. Unusual Rogue activity has been detected along the coastline. Previously, they rarely left their camp at the water treatment plant, but now they appear to be conducting a full-scale reconnaissance operation. Peacekeeper is concerned about this development and wants to find out what they are searching for. The event will last until May 21. It is available in both PvP and PvE Zone. You can earn a unique achievement by completing the task line.

@AirwingMarine There’s also just obvious cases where a circle/group of streamers who play together often and interact/share each other’s social stuff are using the same botting services. Same/similar warm up strategies, etc.

@Whenwipe_com Sure, this is suspicious. But you can't prove any one creator is the one paying for it or even wants it to happen. Earlier this year I had my Youtube channel nearly loose monetization because people were maliciously viewbotting it.

Streamers getting worked up about other streamers viewbotting is just a waste of everyone's time. No one can prove it. These add-ons, scraping of names, reviewing of chats, it's all mediocre proof at best. None of it is 100% for sure, and can be applied to nearly any streamer as proof. Plus, people get botted from 3rd parties for various reasons all the time. Nearly all of twitch got hammered with chat bots last week. "great play bro" "good shot" "amazing gameplay" Even if someone is botted every day, Twitch can't prove the streamer is doing it. Some of these streamers that are likely viewbotting or being viewbotted, aren't even doing it themselves. Their agencies are doing it to them... Most importantly, there isn't a single streamer who can do anything about it. Even if people scrape together solid proof, Twitch won't act on it. We've watched time and time again were Twitch won't do shit about it unless the content creator literally shows a bot dashboard on their stream. Twitch doesn't act like it actually wants to solve the botting problem. They like the inflated numbers as much if not more than the streamers do. The entire company is run by a clout chasing old man who is more worried about being seen as a 'cool kid' than he is about the success of company he runs. The sad truth is a lot of people are view botting. It's rewarded, it works in Twitch's system, and the risk is next to nothing for those who choose to do it.

@AirwingMarine Which is why I’ve never published any data. But when it happens every single stream for well over a year… the data makes it pretty clear who might be experimenting with it or being maliciously botted and those who have a real strategy. Raids also make some things very obvious.
