2 weeks ago all the belts in T5 stopped it took British Airways 9 fucking days of a 13 day trip to get our bags to us.
On the return, all the escalators in T5 weren't working with a fuxking guard saying "cant walk up or down them for health and safety

😂 Good shout about the phone call costs.
We've had a call from them, they got bags, can't get them to us till Saturday when we are in an area they can get too (Vegas) 😂 we're in New Mexico 950 miles from the airport we arrived at and heading further every day. 8 days after arrival thatll be.
She's happy she's getting them back, even 8 days in, well see what we can get back from them.

@WhereRoss I made them pay for every second I spent on the phone or checking their online tracking page. The only things I actually had to fork out for was new underwear and 2 pairs of shorts but they ended up paying for a large chunk of my flights & new luggage 😆

@WhereRoss Delta did this to me once AND got me to pay more for a window seat without a window. So I faked up an Amazon invoice & added on everything you mentioned in your deleted post via a bunch of stuff I didn’t actually buy because I was staying with family. They paid it 😆

@WhereRoss @innercitydwellr I have an ongoing dispute for >3 years. They just stop responding. Nothing they will do (they also lost my bag, after lying about finding it and saying it was being couriered to me - all proven, all in writing.)

@_aggiemay @RivieraTravelUK Sorry to hear that, Aggie. We've bought a suitcase, we are staying in about 9 hotels, driving over 1500 miles between them. Need something to put everything in. Your mum should do the same, and buy a bag, it has to be classed as essential?

@WhereRoss Just had my mum call in tears. She hasn't found a swim costume & it's now day 5 of her roving @RivieraTravelUK holiday, so she doesn't have long to shop. She's bought replacement toiletries which she will have to throw away, as she doesn't have a bag to check-in on flight home.
