NO WHERE does it say "destruction of a fetus", instead it reads premature birth, with no injury, a fine is due. If life is lost then capital punishment (Ex 21:22-23)

The home plate umpire turned his microphone on and said it was still a ball and the Brewers lost the challenge.

In this instance, less than 0.5% of the ball has actually touched zone. It does't seem justifiable to reverse the umpire's call. The ABS system calculates inches & surface data. I think the rules should be adjusted, so that 25% of the ball must be in the zone for a strike.
