Notice how women use far less analogies and metaphors than men in their speech?
Analogies and metaphors require one to make abstract connections between seemingly unrelated things. A type of thinking which *some* of them critically lack.
A sign that someone is not very intelligent is when you make a valid analogy to support a point and then they go “uhhhh but those two things are completely different”.
“Learning a new skill is like planting a tree”
*some* women: “but skills aren’t trees though”
“A key that opens many locks is a useful key. A lock that gets opened by many keys is a bad lock.”
*some* women: “OK BUT MEN AREN’T KEYS AND WOMEN AREN’T LOCKS”
