@CrossCountryUK hi, have a 1st class advanced for the 12:13 RDG to BHM which is showing as cancelled now, would my ticket be valid on the 11:15 which is showing as predicted for 11:38 which I would be able to catch, or do I have to wait for the 13:15?
Final box packed, final bin bag taken out, now for some cocktail cans to celebrate and lament that after almost 8 years this is my final night as a Londoner, it’s been fun but onwards to new exciting adventures
@Sshhhparkle *puts on finance hat* actually I think yes? Cuz you’re using them as props to promote your business, would be no different to buying something from the shops, taking photos, then throwing it away (I am not a lawyer please do not quote me xD)
@YoSmudge I tried to get you one for Christmas when we moved into the new place alters before last but they were super expensive for a custom ‘Le Woof’ iirc
Really hoping my references and credit checks get done quickly so I can confirm my new apartment next week…..then I can start getting excited and looking at extravagant things to buy as apartment warming presents to myself XD
@jtopper Then the card networks pretty much put the responsibility on the payment processors to prove a transaction wasn’t fraudulent, vs asking the customer to prove it was, which in most cases is probably right but puts adult content sites in a very difficult position
What the hell is it about sexuality (and popular platforms for sexual self-expression) that gives payment providers the fear? Every damn time one of them hits critical mass, this happens, and undermines the earning potential of marginalised groups of people. Disgraceful.
@jtopper “Adult content” has a high rate of chargebacks, between getting drunk and regretting things in the morning, and “oh darling I didn’t buy that porn my card must have been stolen” the chargeback % is very high comparatively, which the card networks dislike and pass on to processors
