I have listened to your concerns and I understand your sentiment around this. I want to add more context to my earlier post. The document currently circulating is an outdated internal training document. It is not an HR policy. That said, it contained an incorrect line about bindi/tilak that should never have been written and does not reflect our values or actual practice. When we discovered this on February 17, well before this became a public conversation, we immediately removed it. But I should have caught this earlier. As Founder and CEO, the responsibility for such lapses is mine. I have asked my team to bring all such materials under stricter review, and I will personally ensure this is addressed going forward. A request: If you find a South Asia or Pakistani account, don't think too much, just block it. Don't comment on posts without seeing the account's country. Don't fall for their fake stories on "how they can't set it to their country." Block all "South Asia", Pakistani accounts commenting under your posts. Do it religiously. Especially if you have some reach, as they use every post's reach to do propaganda and psyops in comments section. Do it on Facebook, Insta, YT too if you own channels. I am specifically requesting our media companies to take this seriously. Do not allow anti-India propaganda comments under your videos and content on any platform. Take time to block those accounts and delete those comments. Then see how Pakistani propaganda and psyops in India derails. Of course, they can still infiltrate using India located accounts (there are ways to do this), but the propaganda and psyops will be blunted to a great extent. Do it now, do it for India. I have been doing this to all South Asia accounts I encounter. I am now considering "web" accounts too who post anything that looks like anti-India propaganda or psyops. So sorry if you are one such genuine account who got blocked. Feel free to post anything under my post, including criticizing India, govt, PM, etc. But just put your country and app store. Don't be South Asia or "Web." In that case, I simply assume you are a Paki propaganda or Chinese bot.

Crazy man does crazy things to get his way. This could mean a block on all ME energy reaching India (and of course China). No wonder India was seen preparing for the worst and PM Modi was giving statements to get all prepared. But I'm confident India will be able to get its energy even if the US is able to pull off the blockade. India has played its FP very well. Especially during this war. But Indians have to be wary of sick people trying to spread panic and fear using this.

Saw the news of the achievement by India in Quantum. This is coming after the achievement in Nuclear recently. Our ISRO, DRDO, startups and companies are creating great tech. So I want to warn again: India needs to take cyber security and spying seriously. It is in our culture to be trustful and take it easy when it comes to security. From how criminals are handled to how corporate networks are secured to how Chinese cameras are installed in critical places - all show our apathy in this area. People once mocked me and laughed when I said China and the US will start stealing tech from India. We are forgetting that India has always been the land of innovators not copiers. Even so much of US IP and innovation has been created by Indians. So as India develops, invests more in science and tech, enables its startups and innovators, we will see amazing tech come out of India. And the world will want it hook or crook. India needs to create a national mission to secure our tech, orgs, companies, and their IPs. GoI must be involved. And should not let this managed by private companies and orgs themselves. There must be proactive measures to help secure every company and govt org against cyber and physical infiltration threats.

For investors in Indian markets: Short-term capital gains tax (stocks held <1 year) went from 15% to 20% two years ago. Long-term capital gains tax (held >1 year) went from 10% to 12.5% two years ago. And FIIs outflow since then: 2025: Record ₹1.66 lakh crore net - the highest annual FII outflow ever recorded in Indian markets. 2026: ₹1.51 lakh crore net just year to date. Just a 2% increase matters a lot if you are an FII investing billions. FIIs invest in India because of high growth opportunities, but a depreciating rupee and an increase in taxes means they may move out their capital. And FIIs definitely move their capital when they sense global issues may drag India's growth. We are already seeing this. This causes more stresses to India's economy, currency, and companies. Even if futures and options keep their increases in STT (for various reasons it can be argued to make sense), for capital gains from equities, this increase in tax definitely needs to be reconsidered by GoI. An idea I propose is the increases in taxes can be applied (some other way) only for FIIs, and only when they are taking out the capital from the country. Not sure how it can be implemented, or if it is even practical. If not, the increases in CGT must be reconsidered, and reverted for at least the time being, to incentivize FIIs and DIs in investing in India's growth story.
