In honour of Pi Day, here's a reminder that an 81-year-old lesbian went viral after she won the ‘Best Technique’ award at a lesbian pie-eating contest in San Francisco. Babs Daitch wowed an enthusiastic crowd with her impressive pie-eating skills on 23 November. Videos posted to her Instagram account show her very spectacularly devouring a cream-covered pie using only her face. The contest was part of a fundraiser for The Curve Foundation’s Lesbian Visibility Week. “I took my time savoring every morsel of crust hidden beneath those sweet hills and valleys,” Daitch said.
